Smoke Trap+ Personal Smoke Filter with Eco-Friendly Replacement Filters

if I could give it 1000 stars, I would. I smoke A LOT and this thing is a life changer. I will never go to smoke session without it. I have used it for exactly a month and I just now cleaned the reusable mesh screen, it is completely caked in resin. I don't think I need to replace the filter tube yet, but I am ordering more just in case. This filter STILL after 1 ounce of flower this month, doesn't allow any smoke to escape. ZERO smell. Small, portable device I bring to my friend houses and on car rides ect. I use a spray bottle with 91% iso and the filter mesh was instantly clean, looks brand new this will last a long time! I plan to keep using this/recommending it to anyone and everyone possible! this product makes me wish I was an influencer so I could partner with the brand it is so amazing!

This is the device I was looking for, after trying several smaller filters that disappointed after a single use. The quality is excellent, and the product is well-designed. The best part is the airflow: I can exhale without exerting myself, and though I’ll use it for another week to be sure I love it before purchasing replacement filter cartridges, I’m loving it so far. And $20 is a STEAL. The only downside is its size: it’s far larger than the tiny ones that fit in a closed fist, and is too bulky (not heavy) to carry around; it DEFINITELY won’t fit in a pocket. But it’s perfect for keeping next to the bed so that my husband doesn’t have to smell my vapor (he hates that I vape. Too bad.)

I literally never take the time to write reviews on anything even if I LOVE the product, but I had to write one for this. I would consider myself a heavy smoker. I smoke all kinds of things all day everyday. Now I have used many smoke filters like Smoke buddies for one and let me tell you I probably smoke over 500 hits of smoke daily and I will buy a smoke buddie for 20 bucks and it lasts mabey 1 day before I can not even blow a tiny hit of smoke through. And I have tried some others and they too only last 1 or 2 days. So I found this one and read the reviews and alot of people spoke highly of Smoke trap so I said what the hell its cheaper than a smoke buddie and looks bigger but not to big and I liked the fact that it had a pre-filter screen to catch most of the moisture before it even gets to the filter itself. And let me tell you, this is the best purchase.I've ever made. I have been using the same filter on this smoke trap for 3 weeks and like I said I take way over 500 hits of smoke daily and this thing is still working as it did the first day of use. The pre-filter screen is amazing and definitely is the reason that the life is prolonged. As long as after you're done using the device, make sure you take it apart dry off the screen. And mouthpiece and everything and store it on its side.And this thing will last forever.. so happy I found this it is truly the best one out there in my opinion. If your a smoker you definitely need one of these.

And it's a big BUT. First off, it works very well and the quality couldn't be any higher. The screen is what I never got right with DIY. It stops moisture from clogging the filter so it will last longer. How long? Well, I'm still using the first one I bought 6 months ago so longer than you'd want to use it. I just want to see how long it can go, but who knows what's growing in there. So the screen does the job and that's part of the BUT. It blocks my hot breath so well that I have to take it apart, spray it with alcohol, and dry it quite often. It's good because it blocks all that moisture and if you're smoking isn't back-to-back then it'll dry out on its own a few times before whatever you're smoking clogs the screen. It's perfect for this type of use. If you're vaping or smoking a cigarette, you need to dry it after blowing through it about 4 times. If you don't it's going to cave in and drip down into the filter. Then it won't stop any moisture until you dry it. Smoking a cigarette isn't practical because, by the time you dry it, your cigarette will burn up. If all you're doing is vaping, then the 2 or 3 minutes to clean won't be that big of a deal. If you're busy, however, it will take you away from what you're doing far too often which is why I'm using a different brand for this type of use. The other half of the But is the mouthpiece. It may be fine for some but I ended up hating it over time. I won't name their competitors, so I'll just say I prefer putting the hole in my face over putting my face in the hole because that's what it feels like. You get blowback and with your lips trapped inside with the smoke, they absorb the smoke and you don't have the pressure to keep it from blowing back into your mouth leaving a bad taste. It's also so easy to blow through, which is more of a good thing than bad, that it's hard to blow all of the smoke through. If that doesn't make sense to you, grab a paper towel roll, stick your lips in it, and blow. It's easy no matter how hard you blow due to no resistance but put your hand on the other side and you won't feel much air being forced out. So what happens is you have smoke leak out of the mouthpiece substantially more than a smaller mouthpiece does. If you need to get rid of it, you have to blow the rest through which means x2 the moisture and cleaning the screen more often. In conclusion, the brand I'll continue to use isn't better than this one as far as quality and performance. Smoke Trap is the best one I've used and the first one I'd highly recommend. I'm choosing a different one for its comfort and convenience.

Better than expected! While the space will still smell because of it being lit, exhaling into this mouthpiece meant minimal smell and the space wasn't nearly as smoky. I'll definitely buy a replacement filter when this one is no longer doing the trick.

This filter works so well, I highly recommended. Smoking odors are not detectable when using this product.

Works good for about 3 sessions and then it starts to clog up and exhaling feels restrictive. Even after cleaning the filter as instructed, it still felt restricted when exhaling. I didn’t expect this to clog so quickly. If you smoke everyday, don’t expect this to last more than 2-3 days before you’ll start noticing it become more difficult to exhale into this filter. It does remove the odor, it just doesn’t hold up for any reasonable amount of time (especially for its size). It might work better for the occasional smoker. It just doesn’t cut it for me.

Works wonders! It really keeps in the exhale of 2nd hand smoke. I’m not a heavy smoker so it does last about 3-4 months for me. Definitely worth buying especially to keep inside of the house.

I don't write an Amazon review unless something blows me away, and as we all know, Amazon has become a cesspool of cheap crap, so finding gems in the rough is becoming increasingly difficult. I'm happy to report that this filter is absolutely a gem. The option of using replaceable or even rebuildable filters (for DIY enthusiasts) is an absolute must. The Smoke Buddy absolutely sucks for that reason; it does not support replaceable filters, and it clogs fast. I have a roommate who is a transplant recipient, and HEPA filtration for PM2.5 & PM10 are incredibly important for organ graft health. This filter has helped me to reduce both smells and particulate pollution greatly. I highly recommend this product for cannabis vapers especially. Vapour goes in, nothing comes out the other side. Works exceedingly well.
