I ordered a replacement mirror and used the reg plate finder to ensure it would fit my car. It was no where near a fit, about an inch to short in width and another inch short on height. Not a problem I thought, I'll send it back and request a refund/replacement. It was then that I discovered you have to pay for the return. An item like this should definitely be free returns! I ended up only getting 40% of my refund as the rest was taken in returns payment. The only star I can award this purchase is that initial delivery was prompt.
