This is honestly the best coffee. The flavor is rich, smooth, and tastes so good that I can barely focus on writing this review because I just want to get up and make another cup 😂. The caffeine content is just right, and it’s very smooth—no bitterness. The medium roast color is perfect, and the size is just right for how quickly we go through it.Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but the quality is absolutely worth it. I've been buying Illy Classico beans for years, and they never disappoint. The can does an amazing job of preserving the beans.The Beans: As you can see from the pictures, the beans are a beautiful, uniform medium roast. This is my first (by certainly not my last) experience with Illy brand coffee and I am impressed. Not a hint of bitterness, very smooth. I am getting subtle flavor notes of orange and cocoa and a very pleasant finish. Cant wait to try out some of their other blends. Great early morning coffee that is flavorful but not too heavy so you can go ahead and make it a little stronger. I would recommend.

I have been using these beans for almost 10 years now and I really like the flavor and the strength of this coffee. I use them with a Barista espresso machine and their quality has been consistent over time. One aspect that should be improved is the packaging and delivery. I always order these beans using the Subscribe and Save monthly order and I have noticed that, unlike regular direct orders, this monthly order doesn't protect well enough the beans. Their cans always arrive badly dented (every delivery for the past 3 years was dented) and when I open them I don't hear the air filling the box, meaning they were beaten so badly that the can wasn't airtight anymore. I am sure this has a negative effect on the aroma but a part from buying this product from a different vendor I wouldn't know how to address this problem.

This coffee is such a quality and luxurious blend. The immediate aroma upon opening is going to be your first clue that you made the right decision by trying it out. The taste is full bodied and smooth. It’s a bit pricey although if you’re looking to sacrifice quality for savings perhaps you aren’t actually seeking an exceptional coffee. This is a staple in my home and I never allow myself to run out

This coffee has a taste that is not too powerful and very good

Having purchased this many times, I can say that this time the coffee tastes nothing like it should. What happened? The beans are smaller and many are broken, and most importantly the taste is --well it's completely lacking! And the caffeine seems absent also. Having loved this coffee for some time, I sincerely hope this was just a fluke and not part of the ongoing quality decline in virtually everything that becomes more apparent every day.

j'achète toujours le café illy pour ma machine à café espresso et c'est mon préféré. en plus il est souvent moins cher sur amazon qu'en épicerie.

If you want to try a different kind of coffee/espresso i'd recommend illy.
