Great product! Slim and lightweight. Versatile because it charges both USB-C and Lightning. Ideal for travel vacations when you are trying to navigate (GPS) and take photos, which tends to exhaust any phone battery.

I've had this charger over 3 years and it has worked great every time. No issues whatsoever. I use it every month for air travel and more. It charges my iphone, earbuds and ipad super fast and lasts a long time on one charge. Its lightweight, slim and great for anytime you need it. Only downside is that it takes a little long to recharge but that is minor compared to the benefits.

The shape of this thing just makes me happy. Also that it can power things with a USB - c or an apple iphone - makes it really useful. You do need to push the button to charge - plugging your phone into this battery doesn't do anything unless you push the (sleek and nice) little button. So be warned (or read the instructions, which I did not). Rounded edges slide into any bag easily. Great design. Seems to hold a charge well.

Works quite well to charge up my iPhone, model SE 3rd generation. Very handy to bring along when traveling. The only problem I had was when I went out and about with this power bank and my iPhone and forgot the bring the cord to connect the power bank to the iPhone ...couldn't use it ... oops!! I flew to Europe from the US and back recently. I was warned by the airline (Air France) not to store a power bank in my checked luggage. I had forgotten about this rule and had put this power bank in my checked luggage, so got concerned before the plane took off from the US. I told one of the flight attendants about this possible safety issue, and the flight attendant directed me to the flight purser. I showed the purser (who was one of the flight attendants) a photo on my iPhone of this power bank that I had purchased through Amazon. The purser consulted with the pilot of the airplane. I was later informed that this was not a problem and not a hazard, because this is only a 10,000mAh power bank. A relief!! Anyway, I have been happy with this item. Charges up fairly quickly and seems to hold its charge well. I have only had it a few weeks so not sure how it will perform long term.

This is an excellent charger in every way, BUT! TSA rules currently state that any portable charger or battery pack must be clearly labeled with the mAh large enough that it can be read by the naked eye. These do not have that. It is on there, but it is TINY. TSA rules specifically say that phone cameras cannot be used to enlarge the text to prove mAh. So! On my recent trip, I was forced to carry the charger in its original box or risk having it confiscated. Others who were on the trip with me had similar chargers that did have the mAh clearly labeled. Hopefully Belkin will update this product to comply with TSA guidelines. If that’s not a concern to you, go for it. It’s a great portable charger and it performed well in Europe.

Super convenient. Love the multiple connections with the tucked in wires. I keep it around in case I drain my phone battery with heavy use. It could probably charge my phone 2-3 times before I need to recharge. Charges quickly.

These power bank chargers are easy to use and it is so nice to have the built in cords. They recharge fairly quickly.

This had been a great power bank but after 1 year both the USB C and the lightning charger both stopped working. Also, with the change in Iphone from lightning it is a bit obsolete and would be better with C ports. I will give it another try but have my concerns.
