I have wine glasses, champagne glasses and rocks glasses by them and love all of them. Went through several brands of wine glasses and all of them had some impurities or imperfections. Same for this kind of tall glass. But then after getting this brand I found perfection and beauty. So when I ordered these glasses I knew they would be perfect. Only downside is they don’t take to knocks well. We put them in the dishwasher but have to be careful when sliding in or out the rack they are on because they are so too heavy when upside down in the dishwasher that if moved too fast they can fall over pretty easily which makes them hit other things pretty hard and since they are so thin they don’t really stand a chance. I don’t fear breaking them in hand or when giving cheers with other glasses but they aren’t as forgiving to accidents like toppling as other glasses are. Well worth the money. They look superb and classy.

I have been searching for glasses that are weighted on the bottom, perfect thinness on the lips, not too wide to hold, will not break easily and are completely clear. So far they have been perfect and still look perfect after the dishwasher.

I've had the Iceberg and whiskey glasses for 4 years. They are very nice to use, with a heavy base and a thin rim. They make a nice high pitched ring when you tap them, not a full CL nk like cheap glasses. I just had one break after 4 years and 2 moves, when I was putting it in the dishwasher. It seems these are sensitive to being pushed apart from the inside. Don't push them down onto tines in your dishwasher.

This is Zwiesel Glas (crystal), not to be confused with Schott Zwiesel (Tritan). Although made by the same company, this is not the same quality. I've own multiple glassware from Shott and the are very resistant. The 'cling' sound that you heard when you hit them is very different: Zwisel Glass sounds less sturdy, more similar to regular crystal than to Tritan. These glasses are good looking and big enough for a long drink. I strongly recommend them, yet I still prefer Schott Zwiesel quality.

Very high quality glasses with no lead content. They are hard to break, but with our granet counters it can be done. I also like the tall size for ice tea of a G&T on a hot summer evening. I also but their wine glasses that are used by many resturants.

Nice weight, doesn't scratch in the dishwasher and have even banged these around in the sink without any problems. I bought smaller matching glasses, wine tumblers and beer glasses all from this same company and have been using 4 months now without so much as a tiny scratch on any of them. These have a higher end feel and are well worth the money. Highly recommended!

I have a set of the Old Fashioned glasses, and they are beautiful. Crystal clear, and built to a high quality standard. I decided to get the taller glasses, and it is like they came from a different factory and process. The sides of the short glasses are optically clear, like in the pictures. The tall glasses have visible wavy lines, like old window-panes that were rolled from hot sheets of glass, and cause considerable distortion. It is very noticeable, especially when the new glasses are side-by-side with the previous glasses I bought. If these glasses were sitting on a shelf in Crate and Barrel, they would be passed over by better-made glasses costing 1/4 the price. They look very, very cheap because of the waviness of the glass. It doesn't matter if these things were made from the heart of a dying star and can survive a nuclear blast; the look like they came from a dollar store. I wanted to get more of the highball glasses, but now am unsure if the new shift in quality would make those look cheaply made, also. Either somebody Photoshopped the living daylights out of these pictures, or the quality of this product has disappeared. I am very disappointed.

Nothing like the description. Diameter and height are way less than stated and they only hold 320ml or 10.8 fl oz…….way less than stated.

These are quite large compared to what i originally expected them to be. However, they are still a good size. They fit a tall beer (e.g., guinness) without any spillage which is nice. For cocktails, they will require a bit more ice to fill the volume. Overall i like the glasses, but i do think that they look a little better in the pictures than in person. They look a bit more smokey in the pictures, but in person they look much more like clear glass. These are a bit on the pricey side, but I was replacing some very old mismatched glassware, so these are definitely a welcome replacement.

Beautifully clear. Only slightly tougher than regular glasses. Not as tough as they claim.
