Works well
It does what it is supposed to do. It converts mogule base bulbs so that they fit in normal household sockets. These are great if you are wanting to run a 100W+ LED corn light with the large base in your garage, warehouse, basement etc... Holds these massive bulbs securely in place.

Perfect adapter for garage LED lights
I bought these to adapt my new LED lights for the garage which have a much larger base than a standard bulb (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07B8NKDH4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1#customerReviews). They work just fine and have had them about a year. I would recommend.

E26/E27 Medium Edison Screw - E39 Mogul Base...
Bought two thinklux 6300 lumen lights for lighting up rooms that I'm sanding the ceilings. The thinklux have an ex39 base, so the adapters allow me to use them in a lamp to light the ceilings.
