Used these to help study for EMT courses and they worked great! The different sizes helped me learn measuring and choosing the right size for the person! Great value for the price!

It seems based on my experience and other reviews, the product won't always be as pictured, but it has always been described accurately. The first two sets arrived bulk packaged in two Ziploc bags, these airways had cross small cross channel ports as seen in the picture. The third set arrived with each airway individually wrapped/labeled with the size, solid body construction. Between the item picture, the first two sets, and the third set I've received, color coding is not consistent with airway size. They didn't arrive in a clear plastic box (pictured), but again the description didn't say they would. This isn't an issue for me since I arrange them sequentially by size on my Ambu-bag elastic carry strap, but might be an issue if you store them loosely. Product shipped quickly. I'm very satisfied this seller makes a unique product available for a great price.

This is a good set for the price. The other ones I've had were the non-skeletonized ne...thick plastic walled almost like shaped tubing. These are bare basic in design and lighter because it is essentially the skeleton design but hold the tongue away and airway open. I like that these are also color coded so it's a very quick grab. Once you have an idea the general size for adults, young adults....you know these's only 2 color choices to grab from and they will likely be perfect fit or will still work just fine. I'd get them again.

The J-Tube kit came in a handy clear plastic box which was useful for storage and contrary to the experience of some of the other reviewers here. These are slightly different than what I trained with in a hostile environment medical safety course but do the job well and come in a range of sizes -- an important addition to any medical kit. Remember to size it to the patient by measuring from the back of the jaw/earlobe to the mouth in order to get the right fit. Hoping not to have to use these in the field but glad to have the kit in case of an emergency. The shipping was quick and efficient. Would recommend.

These Oral Airway devices are designed to keep an unconscious persons airways open while keeping the tongue from slipping back into the throat and cutting off the airway further. There are video's online that instruct in the use of these. I will say, I think that It's unfair to see a one star review for these unless they were defective, missing some, or simply broken. However, the picture shows what appears to be a plastic case yet the title says 'poly bag..' which is what they really come in. See pictures for details. Everyone who purchases these hopes that they never have to use them. But in the case that you might, they are a cheap investment.

These arrived very quickly, in excellent condition. As someone who has worked medical on and off for 24 years, dealt with seizures, and having grown up around EMS, nursing, military, etc.... I would HIGHLY recommend these. For me, I am restocking my first aid/jump kit and needed a few things that I couldn't find locally for as good of price as I got on Amazon. I ordered these along with BP kit, fingertip oxygen tester, couple boxes of gloves, thermometer that rolls across forehead, and a few other things that I had ran out of/wore out over time.

Great set of OPAs. They're nice and smooth- something that will matter more to the patient more than myself, but they didn't require any sanding or anything like that (a situation that presented itself to another medic I know). The only drawback is that it doesn't come with the plastic case in the picture, instead each one is individually wrapped. No, they're not sterile- and let's face it, there's no need for them to be anyway. I'd recommend them for a trauma bag! Just hope I never have to use the small pink one.

I got these for an emergency grab bag for when I am a camp nurse. I could have used these last year when a worker coded but now I have them and hope I will never need them. Product is of good quality and I am glad they are colored so you can find a size easily.
