Natural Creations High Dose Biotin 100mg (100,000mcg)

My neurologist recommended this as it helps build/rebuild the myelin sheath which protects each nerve. I’ve taken it for about 2 years. I’m sure it’s helping internally (as my condition hasn’t worsened). But, the biggest difference I’ve noticed is that my hair is getting thick again (due to some medical treatments, my exceptionally thick hair was so thin you could see through it in places). When I stopped taking Biotin for a couple months, my hair started falling out again. So, it definitely helps with that! I also like that it only uses natural inactive ingredients.

This is in clinical trials for MS at 100 mg three times a day. I bought it not knowing what to expect. Since MS attacks intermittently, it's hard to know if it's helping, but it doesn't seem to be hurting! I cut back on it because my hair and nails were growing at a crazy rate. Now I only take one a day. I've been taking this product from this seller for quite a while now, and I'm satisfied with the product.

I take 250k mcg's a day for MS which was recommended by my neurologist. I have been using this product for over 2 years and have always been happy with it.

Despite the trials that say otherwise, this biotin does wonders for my MS fatigue. If I miss a dose or two I can definitely tell the difference. I take 100 mg 3 times a day.

My doctor suggested this for a medical issue I have. He told me you can’t buy in stores, only Amazon.

This is by far the best Biotin I have taken. It was recommended to me, by my Neurologist. I have seen an improvement in my scans and also helps your nails and hair too
