Opening ajazz settings instantly says "gaming mouse disconnected" and i'm not able to apply any changes to my mouse, how do i get fix this?

I bought two of these mice. For one it works perfectly and the other it doesn't and has this problem. The problem is the mouse that you got not the mouse software or your usb ports. I would recommend contacting the seller for a solution to your faulty mouse.

are you able to set the light color or is it always changing?

Mine has a breathing light. You can change the color and dpi with the buttons on top. There is a prigram to customize it as well but I've never been able to get it to work.
