I have used this product for multiple years and it helps with keeping liquid off my ankles. It is easy to take, does what I need it to do, quality is consistent, effective, good value foe the money, and it is helping me maintain my health.

Have been taking this daily for 2 weeks with very noticeable results taking 1 capsule 3 x’s a day. Have had severe swelling of my feet, ankles, and lower legs since Oct. 2017 and nothing was helping. Went 2x’s a week for acupuncture treatments from mid Nov. 2017- mid Jan. 2018 with compression circulation leggings treatments the last month with acupuncture. I have a blood cancer that causes me to produce double, even triple the platelets of a normal person.
