what size are the capsules?

Hi Wanda, The B-100 Capsules are fairly large - they measure almost 1" and are kind of fat. My husband used to choke on them and now he chews them up. I don't have a problem with them, but if you have trouble swallowing larger capsules, they might be a little large. There is a picture of the capsule on the bottom of the bottle that shows the "Actual Capsule Size".

how much of each B vitamin?

the main B's are 100mg.. but folic acid is 400mcg. and Vit.B-12 and Biotin are 100mcg. ,,,Choline is 40mg,,,PABA is 10mg..... I think that you can click onto side of bottle in the picture,,,, : )

what is the expiration date?

The expiration date will change depending on when they were manufactured. The last bottle I bout 2 months ago, has an expiration date of December 2019

This is what it says on side of bottle: "While B-12 is stored in the liver, dietary sources are of animal origin only (meat and dairy) and supplementation with B-12 may be especially important for vegetarians". Hopefully this info is helpful

Easy to Take Every Day!

I know how much our bodies need Vitamin B complex. It is water soluble so I take it everyday. Niacin B3 and B12 we need especially but B complex is great for our bodies. I really like that this product is in capsule form so it is easier for absorption. The value is great for how long it lasts. And the bonus is that it is vegetarian/vegan.
