2017 model 3rd Generation Healthy Legend 11.2" Non-stick German Weilburger Ceramic Coating Saute Pan - Eco Friendly, Non-toxic

Worked great for first month but costing started to lose its non-stickiness. It’s been about 3 months since we got this and it gave way when we pan fry short ribs last night. We used per instruction and did not deviate from it. Not sure what to do with it now.

I love this pan. It replaced a cheap T-fal one I threw out. I love the shape, the coating and the lid. The handle being able to be detached isn't an issue for me because I'm not going to put it in the oven.

While the non-stick surface of this pan works fine, its removable handle has a big flaw. It's not sturdy at all and wiggle way too much when you hold the pan by its handle. I did contact the pan's distributor who promised to send me either a handle replacement or a handle that is not removable. I haven't heard from the company nor received a new handle. It's too bad because I really like the pan.

Outstanding fry pan with the best ceramic coating from Germany. The lid and the handle design are great. It is fun to cook my family meals on it.
