I have been looking for a clothes steamer for a while - in short ironing can be a challenge with cats. This has had good reviews and looked ergonomically well designed. The package arrived and it is well packaged - a stylish box with the product. The steamer, instructions and a bag to store the steamer that can be doubled as a heat proof glove. Due to being in an area of hard water I bought ironing water. The tank easily pops off the base of the steamer but I was a little surprised at how small this is. I plugged it all in, waited for the orange light to turn green and held the steamer against the garment. The first thing as a positive is that this steamer is quite light to hold. The first negative is that you need the glove to properly hold the garment to get the creases out. I steamed a cotton dress and a jersey dress - I had to refill the tank 2x as it’s quite small (another negative). Hence my four stars. What I liked about this over the other steamers around was that this can be used upright as well as like an iron. And it didn’t drip. Overall - this is a great steamer to refresh clothes and to quickly go over something to remove some wrinkles. I am pleased with this and my only gripe is that I wish the tank was that little bit bigger, I reckon a tank is enough for one garment at a time.

Gorgeous design, but sadly that’s its worth in a nutshell. There is no steaming power whatsoever and it hardly gets you anywhere when it comes to even the easiest touch ups. Very expensive mistake. I can’t recommend enough to avoid it.

I’ve tried a few different steamers, but this is by far the best. The product arrived really well packaged, easy to setup and use and even looks great! The bag that doubles as a heat proof glove is really useful. I’ve bought a few Steamery products now and they‘ve all been brilliant.

As someone who worked in clothes retailing for many years, I know the value of a good clothes steamer. Hours of 'steaming' away creases and fold on new shirts and blouses was always less back-breaking with a steamer in your hand. But the upright steamers are cumbersome and pricey, so the idea of a good hand-held steamer is attractive. And the STEAMERY Cirrus No.2 certainly looks the part with its sleek design, curves and lightness. Water is added to the small integrated tank and within seconds you are ready to go. Yet, the Steamery Cirrus No.2 does not quite deliver. On light creases it certainly works but it struggles with more stubborn folds, and the effects are temporary in many cases, with that irritating crease reappearing within seconds. Ironing is certainly time consuming and tiring work, but if you are looking for a hand-held steamer to replace some of this, then you might be disappointed. If, however, you are looking for something quick and easy to blast out light creases or staleness in t-shorts and blouses, then this might well do the job for you, but it certainly will struggle with more stubborn creases or larger jobs.

Absolutely love it!! Been wanting a steamer for ages and this one not only got my dresses and tops wrinkle free so quickly, it looks really pretty too. Other steamers I looked at were quite dated looking and this one just looked so modern and contemporary. So quick to heat up and have been using in the morning on my dresses and tops for work as I hate ironing and was amazed at how well it got the creases out!! One tank managed to do a few items really well. Will definitely be taking on my next holiday!

Design wise this steamer is great, it looks lovely and feels nice to hold. Its quite difficult to fill the water into the steamer, it takes a while to dispense steam and runs cold fast so takes a long time to actually steam an item. Don't love and don't hate either, just meh.

I know you should not buy a steamer on looks alone, but this was one of the main reasons I chose this particular model. I wasn’t disappointed when it arrived in a lovely gift box. It looks great but also performs really well. Fast heat up and plenty of steam that got rid of the wrinkles in my shirts in no time I still use my iron for jeans and really tough creases but this steamer is not an iron
