Pore-fectly Pink: My Comical Encounter with THESAEM Saemmul Perfect Pore Pink Pact
I stumbled upon the THESAEM Saemmul Perfect Pore Pink Pact in my never-ending quest to make my pores look smaller than my chances of winning the lottery. Spoiler alert: this little pact might just be my new secret weapon. First Impressions and Packaging: The packaging is as cute as a button, or in this case, as cute as a compact. It's pink, it's petite, and it fits in my purse more easily than my unrealistic expectations for a skincare product. Texture and Application: Opening the compact, I was greeted by a smooth, finely-milled powder that's pinker than my cheeks at an awkward social event. The application is a dream – it's like swiping a cloud across my face. The powder is so light, I kept checking to see if anything was actually on the puff. Effectiveness: Now, let's talk about the real deal – does it turn my pores into a vanishing act? Well, it doesn't exactly make them disappear (if only), but it blurs them enough to make me feel like a smooth-skinned goddess. The pink tint adds a subtle brightness, giving me that 'I definitely got my eight hours last night' look. Longevity: This pact stayed put longer than my commitment to New Year's resolutions, which is saying something. It kept the shine at bay and my pores on the down-low for several hours. Scent and Ingredients: There's a slight floral scent, reminiscent of a gentle spring breeze, not an overpowering flower shop explosion. The ingredient list didn't send me running to Google, which is always appreciated. Skin Compatibility: As someone whose skin throws a tantrum at the slightest provocation, I was pleased to find that this pact didn't irritate my skin. It's like we've reached an understanding of mutual respect. Value for Money: For its pore-minimizing and skin-brightening abilities, I'd say it's worth the splurge. It's not every day you find a product that actually lives up to its pore-perfecting promises. Final Thoughts: The THESAEM Saemmul Perfect Pore Pink Pact is a delightful addition to my makeup routine. It may not perform actual miracles, but it gets pretty close. I recommend it to anyone looking to subtly perfect their complexion without looking like they've caked on the powder. Plus, it's pink – and who doesn't love a bit of pink in their life?

Works great for shine control
This powder does exactly what it promises. It controls oil really well and makes pores look much smoother without making the skin feel dry or heavy. It’s lightweight and perfect for everyday use.

Perfect for oil management
I purchased the blue compact and I am an oily-dehydrated skin type. When I first tried this pore pact, I was disappointed because it seemed to make my skin texture worse and all I could think was, how? It's supposed to blur your pores and control oil, etc. So I was confused until I swapped out my base for a more hydrating option. That's when this powder worked like a dream! So it's definitely something that's supposed to work with a base that isn't matte already. Luckily, my skincare is already hydrating so I just had to switch out my sun cream and then I was golden. Sometimes, it's a matter of trial and error. If you already have something mattifying your skin, you might want to try a different powder. I honestly needed to switch the sun cream I had been using anyway because I noticed over the years the formula had changed and it became way more drying. Now my base is better and my skin looks more natural, without the ugly texture, and this powder finishes that beautifully. Out of all the Korean pacts I've tried, this one is probably the best for the price and for the size. Sometimes Korean pacts come in sizes that are a bit too small, but this one is decent. I highly recommend it!

is cute and is nice and does a good job at removing oil sheen
honestly i dont know what this product does but i think it smoothes over my pores and i think it is cute and i use it as a mirror pact. is good. i bought it on sale. but yeah if you apply it too thickly then you can see the white/pink powder but otherwise it's pretty subtle. i DO think that it does a good job of reducing the oily look but the puff gets kind of wet feeling after a while

Not for Me Due to the Glitter, But Others Might Love It
The THESAEM Glam Glow Pact was initially great—it had a nice color, good coverage, and wasn’t cakey. However, I didn’t realize from the advertising that this "glow compact" contains fine glitter, which made me sparkle under certain lighting. It’s not ideal for a full-face powder if you’re not looking for that effect. While some might love the glittery finish, it’s just not for me.

Pores no more!
I mostly use loose powders to set my makeup and since I have combo to oily skin this is something I must do if I want my makeup to last. A friend recommended me this product and I was a bit skeptical but I decided to try it anyway and I am so glad I gave it a chance because this powder works wonders for my skin. I love the presentation and the fomula. It brightens, controls the shine for hours, and it blurs the pores very well. It works as well if not better than more expensive products. Very well done The Saem. I will buy this powder from now on as long as it is avaible. What a great find!

Caused skin irritation
I've had really great success with The Saem's under eye concealer, so I decided to try this instead of the one from Missha (whose make-up I always use) as it was cheaper. I purchased through Subscribe and Save, but indicated I only wanted the order fulfilled but the Official seller as I wanted to avoid fraudulent product. The powder looks great on my face, but after only two days of use it has caused a slightly raised rash on my forehead irritation on the rest of my face. I noticed this last night, but had recently picked up a Nyx fixer and thought that might be the culprit. This morning I didn't use the fixer and still have the irritation. The underside of my arm, where I originally blotted the powder, is already a bit irritated after 30 minutes. Unfortunately this means I'll be trashing this and going for the Missha one. My moisturizer, primer, and BB cream have all been used them for years so I know that's not the culprit.
