Are they niosh approved?

The box indicates they comply with GB262-2019, which is the appropriate standard for KN95 masks. The fact that they do not say NIOSH is a good sign, since NIOSH is for N95 not KN95 masks. A NY Times article says that each mask should be marked, but the GB262-2019 standard actually says information "shall be provided with the smallest sales package" (translated by someone). If you look up "guangzhou nan qi xing nonwoven co. ltd" you can find that the CDC did test samples in 2020. If the company has maintained its process, and the does the testing, these masks probably do meet Chinese standard (except for a requirement to have instructions in Chinese).
