Yes these work great. I get leg cramps in my thighs and these have kept me from getting them. Amazing.

If you suffer with extremely painful leg cramps, then take just one of these capsules per day. I was up all night with absolutely the worst cramps, then I found this product on Amazon and thought I’d give it a try, (after using another product ,which was more expensive) . I do not have leg cramps anymore and I can sleep much better, too.

Alleviated my leg twitching but I had a morning headache every time I took one before bed so I had to quit taking them. Will try magnesium in another form.

I was getting muscle spasms with every stretch. Magnox blend of magnesiums has stopped almost all and lessend the few others i take it daily.

I’ve tried Magnox for leg cramps and it has been very effective. After taking it, I noticed quick relief from cramps and a relaxing sensation in my muscles. It’s easy to take and hasn’t caused any stomach discomfort.I like that it’s a reliable supplement to prevent and reduce cramps, especially after exercise or during sleep. Overall, I’m satisfied with the results and would recommend it to anyone who suffers from frequent leg cramps.

Shipped fast but it didn’t work for me. I’m pretty sure it works for others, but I’ve been dealing with leg cramps for years and can’t seem to find anything that works for me.

Excellent product

Completely Useless. Leg cramps consistent and seems more intense. Don’t sleep better or faster. Have even tried taking 2 total through the night when cramps keep coming and still no changes. This much magnesium with either 1 or 2 pills doesn’t affect GI as other types of magnesium supplements would with much less dose. Do not believe these have any worthy magnesium of any type. Huge Waste of money and Expectations. Can’t Return of course But easily thrown away!

This supplement is very good. I suffer from severe leg cramps at night. Taking a tablet at bedtime has not stopped them completely but they come on much later in the night and are not as severe. I also drink a glass of Plenish coconut milk drink at the same time and taken together I sometimes get through the night with no cramps. Worth the expense.
