I use this product every day as a preventative for acne. I used to have really bad acne and this cleared it up within two weeks. Though I like the old look better. Then new looks seemed like something you shouldn’t be putting on your face. NOTE: it may stain towels. It stained my towels when I first started using it. And it also stained some of my clothes. But I haven’t had that issue in awhile.

I have not had to use any sort of blemish cream in over 45 years. Suddenly, I need help with blackheads. OXY smells nice - not foul/funky like in the olden days. OXY feels gentle to my skin - not stripping it, making it red, peeling, and angry looking like the olden days. Fingers crossed that it actually gets rid of these blemishes.

I don't break out often. But if I do, I put this on and it heals my blemish almost immediately.

I've used Oxy products since the late 90s/early 2000s. Love the quality and new scent of this, but same great formula.

This item has become so hard to find in stores, and I don't know why!? This is one of the only acne "spot" creams that seem to work for me. For reference, I'm 36, and acne has always been some part of my adolescent and adult life (not bad enough that I need to go on a medication, but enough that I do have to use items with salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide on a regular basis). Despite having the same active ingredient, other brands just don't control my pimples the way this does. Thank goodness for Amazon having this item since stores are dropping it like it's a dookie (😂), and at a great price!
