Such A Cute Book
A must have for any potentially geeky baby. It's clever, colorful, and cute, and totally blows Volume 2 (CSS for Babies) out of the water. My friend and I laughed and giggled reading through it when it came in the mail and I am happy to be able to share it with our baby when the time comes.

Fun baby book
I bought this book for our baby we have been waiting five years now through adoption. I am excited to share it with our little one when we are finally welcome the child we have been waiting so long for. A must buy!

Well made, nice color throughout
Well made, nice color throughout. Yes, I was bothered somewhat by incomplete HTML coding--but so what? I never seem to have objected to a lack of realism in the Cat in the Hat and no one reasonable expects their baby to learn HTML from this book. It is a great gift for nerd parents (or from a nerd grandparent). I must admit my grand-baby really preferred Peek-A-Boo! (Baby Faces Board Book #01) ; but the only nerd appeal it has is when you call it "Facebook". I have already bought a copy of HTML for Babes for a coworker's child as well. So when does Ruby on Rails fr Toddlers come out?

Disappointing
I'm not sure what I was expecting since I mostly bought it for my daughter as a joke to make my wife laugh. However, the words in the HTML are really boring and the HTML itself isn't valid. Its an all around awkward book. Good for chewing on and has bright colors but that is about it.

Cute concept- but isn't accurate and drives my programmer hubby crazy
I (liberal arts major) thought this would be a funny gift for our baby since my husband is a programmer. WRONG. Apparently (as if I would know this, being that my solution to all computer issues is simply to reboot), the tags (is that even what they are called?) are not correct. Granted, it's for babies, so who really cares, and obviously it's a novelty item, but still. The guy who wrote it is a web designer. Would it really have been *that* hard to make it accurate? My husband thought it was cute, but it drives him crazy that it's not accurate. Oh well, back to Madeline I suppose...

Disapointing
I was excited for this even after reading the reviews I thought some reviewers were being picky about "code" in a baby flip book. But it really is a bunch of random words shoved in what kind of looks like fake HTML markup. They could have at least made it into a story or used some illustrations or something. It's fun to have on the shelf but that's about it.

HTML for Babies - What will they think of next.
I heard about this product from a work colleague, couldn't believe what I was hearing and had to google it. Bought this product for my God-daughter for her birthday in Dec, I think she loved it, she's only two, but that's the great thing about this book it will last her years. I can't wait to see where this book making extravaganza goes. This is a well recommended product if you want to make sure your child/grandchild/godchild/etc develops into that little geek you really want them too be. ;-) Congratz to its creators, and watch this space.

Quite nice
This is a very cool and interesting idea for a book. 4 stars, because the syntax of some examples is incorrect (HTML tags not started, etc). Instead, it should be that a child can type it in and see the working result right away..

Lots of bright colors and a perfect size for our 1yr old to hold onto and look through while she 'reads' the different colors on the pages
