⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As someone who is completely addicted to boba tea, I’ve tried at least 10 different brands of instant tapioca pearls over the years trying to recreate my favorite drinks at home. These are hands-down the best I’ve found—and they’re one of the most affordable options too. What really sets these apart is how easy they are to prepare. I simply put the pearls in a cup of water and microwave them for about 90 seconds, and they come out perfectly chewy every time. No long boiling process, no waiting forever, and no complicated instructions. Making boba at home has saved me a ton of money. Instead of spending $6–$8 every time a craving hits, I can make exactly what I want whenever I want it. Plus, I get complete control over the sweetness level and ingredients in my drink. The texture is spot-on—soft, chewy, and satisfying without being mushy. I also keep the bag stored in my refrigerator to help maintain freshness, and they’ve held up great. I was a bit skeptical at first, the last time I bought 5 minute boba online, it took 45 minutes to cook them properly. These are the real deal and fantastic! I will be buying more, and probably very soon by how fast I am going through them. My recipe is this: boil water in a pot until it reaches a fast boil, then add the amount of boba you want to cook (I generally want a lot for a mug, so do about 1/3 - 1/2 cup in my second smallest pot), give them a stir after you dump them in. Watch them as this goes very fast. In a bout 1-2 minutes they will all float to the surface, at this point put a lid on the pot and take it off the heat. Keep it covered for 5 minutes for cooked through and chewy boba! If you want less chewy and more melt-in-your-mouth/mushy boba, leave them in the pot with the lid on longer. Drain, and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. At this step you can add a sweetener to the boba or flavor them, or if you don't like them sweetened (like me), just add them to your tea. Very tasty! My package came in great shape and in very good time.

We love these tapioca pearls!! Easy to cook, chewy, yummy! The microwave instructions are just right too. This is my 3rd time buying them and I accidentally got a single bag instead of the 2-pack. I’m mad at myself.

Delicious! Boiled it and it cooked in 5minutes! We were getting tired of getting hard, stale and over-cooked boba for $7+ at restaurants so we decided to try making our own. Really impressed by this product. Quality boba you'd find at your best boba shop that's never done you wrong (of course you gotta cook it right yourself though)
