Skin type: normal to oily, not sensitive Age: mid 40's I maintain a routine of cleansing, Vit. C serum, Vit. E serum, deep PGA moisturiser, mild Retinol (1%), face cream, gel-based moisturiser and sunscreen twice a day. I also do facial yoga (not consistently). So, it's difficult to measure exactly how much this helped, but it did. It helped accelerate repair. My skin, especially on the neck, jawline and hands was healthier over the months. The improvement was more while I was taking this with my routine than the routine without it. But I'm sure that this by itself would NOT be as effective. If you have a sensitive stomach or acid reflux, it can irritate it a little. There are 90 tablets in the bottle. It states clearly on the bottle that we should take 3 a day, AT ONCE, with a meal. ie. 3 tablets together after one meal. So it covers a month. Taste - I'm a non-veg, and I've tried all sorts of meat. This is NOT a pleasant-tasting tablet! It does not smell very good, either. In fact, when I first started them, the smell would linger on my fingers for an hour or two after taking them. Now, I take them directly from the bottle. If it gets stuck to your mouth for even a few seconds, it's a pretty unpleasant taste.
