You may use a wireless microphone with our JBL PartyBox 110 as long as the Bluetooth receiver of the microphone is plugged in the mic port.

You could use microphones or guitars for both 1/4 jack inputs on our JBL PartyBox 110.

Can this speaker connect with JBL partybox100?

That answer is wrong. You can only connect the same model. 100 to 100. 110 to 110 and so on. I have a 100 and a 110 and they will not connect to each other.

Is there’s a option charging it with car charger?

Yes. Please note that we would recommend using the car adapter only to charge the speaker and not while using it. We wouldn't recommend using the speaker while it's connected to the charger since the speaker's power consumption can peak at higher levels than what an average car can handle and thus damage it. You may look for a compatible DC adapter from a third-party seller to charge our PartyBox 110 to a 12V outlet.
