I am a 43 yr old female who is in periomenopause & if ur a woman reading this u understand .The hormones r crazy & at least for me that causes major breakouts from time to time.Sucks at my age& embarrassing. Anyway these transparent patches are great they do exactly what they're supposed to . Cleanse & exfoliate 1st ,pat dry they put on ur Patch Just overnight made a difference & the next day even better & so on fir as long as u may need to use thus product. Definitely will buy again ! Great product & a happy customer 😀

I’m honestly surprised it worked so well. Washed my skin, and put it on with clean hands. Pressed on it for 10 seconds(as per instructions). Left it on for 15 ish hours. It is visibly lighter in color, a noticeable change from prior to use. I plan to use it again on the same spot after 2-3 days if it still bothers me. But as it is, I will probably hold onto them for the next darkspot that arises. 10/10, would recommend just make sure to read instructions! Skin care products like these are only effective when used the right way. They are, however, a bit pricy. So I will use them sparingly.

While the product shows some promise in improving the appearance of fresh acne scars, I found it overpriced for what you receive—only nine patches per package. My primary reason for purchasing was to target post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, specifically a persistent brown spot that has been present for several months. Unfortunately, the patch caused significant irritation in that area, including redness, inflammation, a burning sensation, and subsequent peeling. Despite this reaction, there was no noticeable improvement in the pigmentation—the spot remains unchanged in both size and color. That said, the product appears to work well on newer, active scars, where I observed some positive effects without irritation or adverse reactions. However, due to its limited effectiveness on older pigmentation and the high cost, I wouldn't repurchase. It may be worth trying for recent acne marks, but I wouldn't recommend it for more established hyperpigmentation.

I have a bad habit of picking at my acne and at scabs. I had some post-acne scarring. I’ve followed the directions on the package and applied it once every 2-3 nights. I apply it before bed and sleep with it on overnight. I’m the morning it’s noticeably brighter every time! The dark spot gets smaller and lighter. I am so impressed with how effective it is! My skin doesn’t feel tight or sensitive from using it either! The only issue is that it’s $11-12 per pack of 6 pieces. And considering it’s single spot treatment, not wide area coverage, it’s pretty pricey. I tend to get breakouts of at least 4 at a time. So that means I need at least 2 packages to do 3 treatments. This may not be the most efficient if you have a number of spots to treat as you may need at least 3 or more treatments depending on how hyper-pigmented it is.

i had a very stubborn dark spot on my forehead due to a previous pimple. i’ve used all my other scar products to try and get rid of it (tretinoin, retinol, mederma, palmer’s) for months and it has not budged. i put one patch over it last night and it significantly reduced the darkness in literally one night. i did leave it on for longer than 6 hours, probably left it on for about 17 hours (i put it on long before bed and took it off the next afternoon). it’s not fully gone but i could see it disappearing in maybe one or two more uses. 10/10 recommend and i’ll definitely be using these more considering i tend to get dark spots often. the only thing that hurts is the price and the fact you only get 6 of these patches, but i’m so glad i found this and tried it. the rael pimple patches are also my favorite and i prefer them over mighty patches. fingers crossed these scar patches get rid of the remainder of the scar!

The directions say that you can leave this product on for more than 6 hours. I would put it on around 6pm and take it off around 6am. It has been three days since I started using this product. I still have 3 stickies left but I have noticed that there is a small open wound on my nose. I bought this product to fade away the two dark spots I have on my nose. I don't understand why this is happening but I have decided to not continue with the other three patches untill this little wound is healed. I use the pimple patches all the time to I'm wondering why my skin is reacting like this. I do clean my nose very well before and after placing the product. Scar cream doesn't work and I'm hoping that this doesn't cause me to have another dark spot on my nose

Okay so this is for the Miracle Patches for dark spots. I had gone through a really stressful time and had an awful break out and it left me with a bunch of dark spots on my face. I tried two other brands and they didn't work as good as these. One didnt seem to do anything. There was a noticeable difference as soon as i took them off in the morning. They are spendy but very worth it to me. I was feeling so self conscious about my face and these are helping so much. Just used them for the second time on some spots and they are almost gone now.

I'm always skeptical of "miraculous improvement" products, and usually give them a pass. However, I took a chance on these, and I'm glad I did. For years, I'd had an ugly, raised, purple lump on my cheek. I couldn't get rid of it, and it didn't get better with time. I haven't finished all the patches in the pack yet, but already there's a big difference. The lump is smaller, flatter, and less purple. If I need to, I'll happily buy another package. That's how well these little patches work. In addition, they're transparent, so they'd be virtually invisible on any skin tone, and they're comfortable enough so that I forget I'm using one. One little hint; I use a tweezer to position the patch. They're very small, so it's a little hard to manipulate them with my fingers. I just use the tweezer to remove the patch from the backing and put it on. Works great.

Really good. I struggle with dark spots and mild acne especially during my period and these help a lot. Also having patches on prevents me from picking them and making it worse. If you wash your face and put the patches right after drying, the patches won’t fall off overnight. As a side sleeper I was worried it would come off but even the ones that aren’t designed for overnight don’t come off.

I was initially scared off and disappointed by the observation that on my skin the microdarts of these patches do not dissolve up to the base as usually. However, I came to conclusion that this is due to high vitamin C concentration that makes needles quite stiff and my oily skin that might prevent water supply from deep layers to hyaluronic acid. All in all the effect is decent and seen very fast, after a few applications

Gave me allergy, my face looks like polka dots / dalmatians. Raised bumps, very itchy and left big black scars everywhere on my face.
