If like me you have read over 150 marriage and relationship books and are still looking for the ultimate answers as to why God designed marriage, this book may reveal several surprises you haven't thought of yet. i like this book i read most of it before i got married it is pretty informative. good for engaged couples. good to read together.

My husband and I ended up reading this together. It is very eye-opening. I do think that we need more books written by Black people about marriage. We need to see marriage as lasting and purposeful. That comes with some intentionality that you don’t get at the wedding day.

I can't even begin to address the power of this book. I also purchased Dr Tony Evans book for Married Men Only. The two books go hand in hand (no pun intended). I was 2 weeks from finalizing my divorce with my wife, NO JOKE. The combination of the truth that I was able to pull from these two books really helped set me in a different mind set. If you are struggling in your marriage with your wife, these books are fantastic for the man to work on his end. if you have a wonderful marriage already, I don't see how reading these books won't help you have an even more amazing relationship. Oh and these books finally answer the age old statement that most of us have absolutely no idea what it means... to love your wife as Jesus Loves the church. The understanding you will get from that statement will set your marriage on a whole new level. I intend on reading and re-reading these books for years to come. I am so thankful to have heard about these books on Christian radio in my car. The timing was impeccable... as God's timing always is! Oh and you should know that a week later, after reaching back out to my wife, I called my attorney and cancelled my divorce proceedings and began working my building up my marriage.

If you and your husband are looking for something to change in your marriage and get back on track with the Lord and HIs purpose for Marriage, I highly recommend this book. It opened my eyes and pointed out things I didn't realize that needed attention and more focus back on God!

Another fantastic book by Dr. Evans! After a heart wrenching infidelity issue, I was at my bitter end. I had sunk into a deep depression and felt nowhere to turn. Church was helpful but couldn't cure my hurt and bitterness completely. Tony's books Kingdom Woman and Kingdom Marriage have opened my eyes and for the first time in over 9 months I feel love for my husband and ready to start anew. This book probably saved my marriage and myself. Thank you Dr. Evans for being the voice I needed to hear and the rationalization that not only makes sense but goes directly to my heart! I can't wait to read more of his books! ❤️

A lot of very good biblical info. But, I wonder now if Tony practiced it accordingly even after his wife’s death and hooked up with his new, current wife, before they were married??

My husband and I bought this to help give us spiritual insight on our marriage. It definitely is changing us. We so far are on chapter 2 and already love it. Can't wait to complete. We both have our own book

Don't be afraid to reach out for answers and a fresh perspective. Since you don't know everything, it's ok to make mistakes. BUT, then find out how to do it better next time.

I definitely enjoyed the beginning half of this book more than the end, when it was going through specifically what a Kingdom marriage looks like and what to aim for. The latter half of the book was more focussed on fixing and repairing a marriage for those already married which wasnt relevant to me but im sure will be good to reflect on in the years to come

The principles outlined in this book is so direct and profound that it has simplified the solution to a good marriage!!! We strongly recommend this book for all couples who will allow God to turn their water into wine. The style of presentation is easy to understand the deep meaning of life and the fruitfulness of a happy marriage.
