Are these leggings tummy control?

No. There is absolutely no tummy control.

Do these pick up a lot of lint and hair?

I have a black pair of these pants and never have problems with lint. I also have a German Shepherd who sheds like crazy and any dog hair also comes off easily!

These look so comfortable can they be unisex?

I don't see why not! The material is extremely comfortable, not thick though, breathable. Handy pockets on sides.

Are the white ones see through?

Anything white is going to be see through and make you look heavier than you are, I stick with dark colors, black, charcoal grey, navy blue etc..
