My husband and I absolutely love this tea! The variety pack is perfect for rotating flavors, and the price fits our budget. I first discovered it as a sample at my local beauty spa, and after trying just a few bags, I was hooked and ordered my own. Now, I have it on a subscription every 4–6 months through Amazon, and we’ve already gone through three boxes! Before this, I was a daily green tea drinker, but this tea has completely replaced most—if not all—of my other teas. The blend of green tea with fruity flavors is beautifully balanced. It’s not bitter like typical green tea can be if steeped too long, and the fruity notes are wonderfully aromatic. Although it’s recommended as a bedtime tea, I actually enjoy it most in the morning—hot, either plain or with a slice of lemon. I leave the tea bag in the cup the entire time and don’t add any sweeteners, as I prefer my teas unsweetened. Personally, I find that drinking it early helps curb my appetite throughout the day. Both my husband and I have noticed it helps with bloating and digestion. Within a few hours of drinking, the senna leaf starts working gently, promoting regularity. It’s definitely a “slimming” tea in the sense that it helps your body process food and eliminate waste more efficiently. My husband doesn’t drink it as often as I do, but he still really enjoys it. I highly recommend this tea for the price, taste, and its gentle effectiveness!

I bought the variety 100 pack. All the flavors are fragrant and tastes good(like tea) First day I got it, I drank 2 packs because I was feeling bloated. It was 5 pm. I ate a light dinner because I felt full. Then around 9 pm, my stomach growled. Used the bathroom, loose stool not diarrhea. Then at 9:30pm, I used the bathroom again, had loose stool. I felt so much better though. Stopped for 2 days. After that I didn't feel sluggish, my energy was good and I did a lot of cleaning and laundry. On the 4th day I went back to using it after dinner, just 1 pack. It's easy as tea with no sugar taste. If you need sweetness, can add honey. I would recommend that if you want to use the bathroom from 7pm-6am, you should drink your tea between 3pm-6pm. For me it took a couple hours, but everyone is different and you NEED to be near a toilet, or carry a pad/diaper/extra underwear and shorts. Just in case. I've only had 3 tea cups in 5 days, but I lost about 2 lbs of crap. My stomach and body feels better and lighter.

It was as described, no problems, taste goof

I just bought this. Last night was my first time using it. I followed the instructions and let it sit for 15 min. I finished my tea very fast. Like in less than a minute. I didn’t feel any effects for the rest of the night. I thought it was weird and said to myself maybe I need to keep drinking more and more. But this entire morning, my stomach has been feeling weird like something was moving inside. I followed about my day. Went to the gym, washed my car, took a shower, when all of a sudden I feel the need to use the restroom and literally got diarrhea. It has been cleaning me out for the last 20 min as I’m currently still on the toilet. For me, it took hours to take effect but it really does clean out the toxins from your body. It has now been a week and this stuff is really dangerous if taken daily. In the last few days I have seen results like weight loss, no bloating, toxins gone, even sometimes my appetite is completely gone and I don’t get hungry until the evening as my stomach is so upset that I can’t handle any food. Negative aspects to take away is that it’s very time consuming so if you have work, an appointment, kids to take care of, I don’t recommend to drink that day. Also, it will be more expensive as you’ll be consuming more toilet paper and wipes. Beware that this product does contain Senna which gives you diarrhea. You shouldn’t be taking it daily because you can actually affect your natural body system from digesting food itself and rely on Senna to do it for you. You should do your own research about Senna and not use the tea daily for your own safety. Which is why I only use it once a week now around Sunday so it can clean my system starting the week and drink once again next Sunday to restart the week with a clean system. Just don’t drink it daily because instead of helping yourself you’ll be hurting yourself because if consumed daily you can become very sick and feel little to no energy and just be moping in bed with a very upset stomach just waiting to use the restroom which is not the outcome you would want. If you drink it appropriately like every 3 days, you will be safe and see the right results the correct and healthy way for your body. Hope this helps.

I wish I could give this to you more than five stars. For the price I really didn’t expect as much as I got all of the flavors are delicious but I promise you this whatever you ate in 1997 will be released within three hours. I drank this tea every day for a week and I think I lost about 11 pounds but I keep drinking water to prevent dehydration because whatever you ate will definitely leave you quick fast and in a hurry

Definitely keeps me regular! I like the teas and I always add my vitamin c powder and electrolyte powder to it then drink it. If I have a bit of an empty stomach and haven’t eaten breakfast yet sometimes I may get a little cramping. The tea makes me feel lighter so give it a try! I think you will like it!
