Per tutto il libro viene ripetuto come fosse un mantra il concetto di disaccoppiare il codice ed insegna come farlo affrontando diverse tematiche tra cui il corretto utilizzo di eccezioni, interfacce, generics e framework di terze parti. E' indicato per programmatori di ogni livello, anche chi programma da decenni può prendere degli ottimi spunti per imparare tecniche di programmazione introdotte con le ultime versioni di Delphi.

Have been writing better code since reading it
Every serious Delphi programmer should read this. You don't have to do everything Nick says, but even what I don't agree with is thought provoking. I have been programming Delphi since Delphi 1 and thought I knew it all.

Semplice ed utilissimo
Il libro è ovviamente scritto in inglese, però è di facile lettura e con esempi molto chiari. Per tutto il libro viene ripetuto come fosse un mantra il concetto di disaccoppiare il codice ed insegna come farlo affrontando diverse tematiche tra cui il corretto utilizzo di eccezioni, interfacce, generics e framework di terze parti. E' indicato per programmatori di ogni livello, anche chi programma da decenni può prendere degli ottimi spunti per imparare tecniche di programmazione introdotte con le ultime versioni di Delphi.

Für Fortgeschrittene+ unverzichtbar
Nichts für Einsteiger der Sprache, aber für jeden fortgeschrittenen+ Delphi-Programmierer ein unverzichtbares Buch. Lernen Sie die Möglichkeiten der Delphi-Sprache aus einem anderen Blickwinkel kennen: es kommt eben *doch* darauf an "wie" Programmcode geschrieben wird, damit er u.a. automatisiert testbar bleibt/wird. Delphi bietet mit Generics, Interfaces, Anonymous Methods und Collections jede Menge Möglichkeiten sauberen Code "abzuliefern" - und das zeigt das Buch mit Beispielen im Detail auf. Absolut empfehlenswert! Und es geht noch weiter mit "More Coding in Delphi", dem zweiten Buch von Delphi-Legende Nick Hodges More Coding in Delphi

Very good book for returning programmer of Delphi.

Una agradable sorpresa
Una de las cosas que echaba de menos en Delphi era la poca literatura específica en aspectos tales como Interfaces, Genéricos, Métodos Anónimos, Colecciones, o técnicas como la Inyección de Dependencia, e incluso frameworks como Spring para Delphi. Estos temas son habituales y prácticamente ubicuos en lenguajes como Java o PHP, pero apenas nombrados en los libros típicos de Delphi, que se limitan a seguir considerándolo 'otro' Visual Basic, y que no han evolucionado con el lenguaje.
