Do i need a de icer for this product? if so can i use any de icer like prestone or another brand to mix with ?

I mix it with the orange all season washer fluid l, because it won't freeze and has deicer in it. With that and Scrubber Blades I don't have any problems with keeping my big Freightliner windshield clean

Do I use regular or distilled water?

Regular water works fine as longs as as you water is not hard.

Can this be used in a 2023 bmw x6 or does this product contain silicone?

Not silicone based, works very well, better than premixed, best with distilled or filtered water.

Can I use this in washer fluid?

Yes. You have to mix it with water first.
