Other than silicone, what’s this made out of? I see some reviews of moms saying it has a strong chemical smell… has to be more than silicone

I never smelled anything that strong, maybe the packaging process some went through. However, I washed it just like I wash bottles in the sink with dish soap. And no complaints here. It’s the best teething toy I bought for my baby yet. The bar inside allows him to grip it and keep it in his hand/mouth for a long time.

Any experiences of a non-thumbsucker being more likely to suck his thumb after using this, when he is not wearing it?

Our son still doesn’t suck his thumb (so far anyways) after using it for a few months.

ピンクを選択したがブルーが届く。またベビザラスの写真と届いた商品と比較するとしゃぶるペンギンの手の角度が小さく乳児が口に入れにくいのではないかと感じた。乳児に使うものだが安全性の説明書も表記もないため、返品した。返品後は出品者が商品受け取りを拒否したため、こちらでAmazonカスタマーセンターから指示があるまで保存。結局、出品者とAmazonも連絡が取れず、こちらで廃棄処分することとなった。

Got this when she was 3 months old and she instantly loved it. It’s her favorite teething toy. She can hold it easily and get it to her mouth with no problem. She chews and sucks on it for an hour at a time.
