It’s nice aroma and yes I did actually fall asleep within 30 minutes when I actually toss and turn for hours

My wife was struggling with broken sleep mainly due to perimenopause symptoms including hot flashes. I came across this product whilst searching for something that might help and it came recommended on quite a few sites. Since purchasing this her sleep pattern has got better, it hasn’t stopped the hot flashes totally or stopped her waking during the night but it has cut down the amount of times it happens and she has slept through the night on more occasions now. My wife likes the smell of it and says it does seem to help her relax and sleep better so was definitely worth the money.

Bought for my husband, it smells lovely and potentially helps him get off to sleep, but it doesn’t help him sleep through the night so I’m not sure how effective it actually is. Probably wouldn’t buy it again as it’s quite expensive and doesn’t seem to have made a huge difference to my husbands sleeping pattern.

This product is soooooo good, I wasn’t sure about the cinnamon to begin with but it’s helped me sleep and stay asleep and calm every night since using it. It’s not over powering and thankfully doesn’t smell like alcohol like other leading brands so. It’s also a little more pricey than I’d normally pay, but honestly the fact it knocks me out, I’d give my left foot any day! The scent is also long lasting, I still smell it the next night. I would highly recommend this product.

This don't work for me but The This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray does. I have found that I will go back to sleep if I get up in the night.

Purchased as an add on for Xmas gift. My sister swears that it works. Value for money at the time Amozon reduced the price.

I have normly use Neal's Yard spray but thought I would try this after reading the great reviews. The first time I used it I was struck by how horrible the smell was! Like a musty mould odour. I couldn't sleep as I was so distracted by the foul odour until I got up and replaced the pillow. My wife and son tested it out next day and they both thought it was really unpleasant. Anyway I initiated a refund and chucked it away. I found another review where someone also said the spray smelt like mould so this is not so unusual.

It definitely relaxes me in bed when sprayed on my pillow. Highly recommend. Addictive smell. It is just like the smell of an expensive spa. I ordered other types and the smell was bad, more like a cleaning spray smell.

I’m in my 50’s and have recently begun to struggle with sleep. Falling asleep for me is easy - but staying asleep has proven to be somewhat challenging over the past year. I was a little nervous that I might not like the smell; I’ve purchased a couple of others that smell cheap and didn’t work for me at all. Was pleasantly surprised with the fragrance and actually quite like it. This sleep spray isn’t cheap — but it really works! My sleep quality is most important!! I plan to purchase this as gifts for a few others who have trouble sleeping. And I will always keep a bottle of This Works Sleep+ by my bedside!!
