I have two longhaired cats. There is fur EVERYWHERE. I specifically need to get fur off a thick pile carpet and my microfiber sofas. For those applications (which is 90% of my fur removal needs) this product is a CHAMP. Also works fabulously well on my cat tree. However, this will not replace all your lint rollers. This is no good on knit fabrics, so it probably will not work on most of your clothes. It can snag on some fabrics - it only works so-so on the tweed fabric on my dining chairs. I would not use it on my wool hooked rug. But for my general housekeeping? This thing cannot be beat.

Had seen this advertised and was hesitant to purchase based on the price. Read reviews and decided to take a chance. I purchased it to use mainly upstairs in my house where we have carpet. I specifically needed something to use in my sewing room as threads are everywhere and I don’t want to get them caught in the vacuum. Let’s be honest I she’d like crazy so it was for my hair too that always seems to be on the floors! I didn’t have this 10 minutes and it picked up SO MUCH! I vacuum all the time and it doesn’t hold a candle to this little tool. I used it in different sections and was blown away! It was beyond my expectations! It is so oddly satisfying to use this! I may spend the whole day using this then vacuuming without having to deal with the tangles!!! Get one!!!!!

I was surprised by how well this product actually works! I use it to scrape cat and dog fur off of my couch, dining table chairs, and even carpet. It does depend on the type of material you are trying to clean though, it doesn't work on everything and some fabrics you want to be careful that it doesn't pull any threads. The quality itself is not super great, my tool came lob-sided and bent (the metal part), still works but of course would have wanted a product in perfect condition.

As stated in the video, I run a dog training business within my own home--this is with 5 kids as well, so it's difficult to get to the stairs (we have Guinea pigs too--hence the straw!) This is something I REALLY needed, and I'm so glad I got it. I did all the stairs, it took maybe 10 minutes. It got out all the fur the vacuum couldn't get out and then I vacuumed all the extra stuff that came out with it. Stairs look like new again, and this should really help allergies too. Those that complain that it's not meant for delicate fabrics--this is kind of obvious the minute you use it. It is meant to catch all the fur so it has to be rough on material. Use a lint roller for delicates and this for carpets.

Old review: I used this once on my wool pea coat. Looked really nice after I did it... but took a LOT of coat fiber off, not just the dog hair.. then the next day after wearing it once to the office I noticed the entire coat was now pilled beyond hope. This thing rips and tears... I really wanted to buy something that didn't need refills like a standard lint roller. I really hate leaving low star reviews but be aware, don't make the mistake I did, don't use it on your nice coat.. Updated review several months later 4/22: So, while I've been unable to get my wool coat to look nice ever since using this thing on it, I begrudgingly searched for another use and was pleasantly surprised to find that it is *absolutely fantastic* at removing animal hair from my furniture. I have a very old corduroy type recliner that hasn't been fur free in five years and now it looks new again. I mean I battled that thing with my vacuum for years and it's never looked this hair free before. Works so nicely on rugs too. We have a German Shepherd and we also foster kittens so the hair problem is very real but this things works very, VERY well on furniture. Also it works magic on our cat tree, which is also difficult to vacuum. So I've changed my 1 star to a 3 star, but it would be a 5 if it didn't ruin my coat. All in all, I highly recommend this tool for anyone needing to remove pet hair from various things around the house (and in the car, omg it works so nicely in the car). I just hang it up on a thumbtack in my living room and give everything a quick once over every few days and my place stays fur free.

After trying to vacuum my dog’s hair in my car, and finding it a futile job, someone mentioned to me about getting a wire pet hair rake. We’ll, there were so many choices here in Amazon so I’ve decided to get this one because it has a basic wood handle and I don’t need anything fancy. This little rake really works as you can see from my video! It grabbed all of my dog’s hair. My dog has white fur so against the black carpet it really stands out. The only thing is that tight or small corners are too hard to use and maneuver. So far the quality seems just OK and basic. The metal cap at the top is loose and this is brand new. We just got it yesterday and I haven’t even washed this device yet.

I have a husky mix dog and he sheds like crazy. Even after vacuuming his hair is everywhere. I bought this in desperation trying to get up all the fur around his crate. I wasn’t expecting these results! It got up so much hair! Just look at the pictures I posted for proof. This is definitely worth the price. Just be careful what fabric you use it on. It also worked well on my wool coat but it snagged the fabric of my couch so make sure you test it in a small area before you use it. It works the best on carpet though.

YOU GUYS! THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT EVER! Need to catch pet hair from carpet/cat trees and cat bed? This is seriously amazing for that, it will pick up more hair than you think! Definitely worth it, 10/10
