Really great. It is not marketed as dark soy sauce, but it surely gets the job done. It is worth the try and I would order again.

So glad that this product is now available in the US. I’ve been using this brand for 6 years. This soy sauce is my childhood. The product arrived on time and well packaged. I found it exactly with what is being described. It tastes amazing and LESS SODIUM than other products. You can tell, it’s not salty at the first taste! I use it as dressing, dipping, marinating, etc. My kids really love it. They love to dip it with white rice. Just that simple! My in-laws also love this soy sauce, they pack for lunch and share to their co-workers as well, and these people also ask me where to get this sauce. They come in 2 sizes, but I bought the small one to try first (after 3 years not having it), and the taste is still amazing! I also ordered the bigger size since my kids ask for it. Highly recommended!

I always like products that are organic without sacrificing taste.

While this is a bit more expensive than the soy sauce you'd pick up at the grocery store, the rich flavor makes it worth it. I cook often and notice a greater complexity of umami in this sauce. I never have used soy as just a condiment, but find myself sprinkling this on dishes for a delicious, low calorie pop of flavor. Give it a try.

Love this brand of soy sauce & it does not have to be refrigerated.

My wife and I love good Oriental Food dishes, and soy sauce is always present cooking with and as a condiment. Having been stationed in the Far East in the service for a year and then living in Hawaii for 10 years, our pallets very much have a taste for good soy sauce. We'd been wanting to try the black soy sauce for awhile now, and are not disappointed. The only drawback for me is I'm on a salt restricted diet, and even with the reduced salt of your product, which I appreciate, I try to mix it with an even lower salt soy sauce to make it better for me, and the flavor still comes through very nicely.

This is the BEST soy sauce I have ever tried! I have ordered it several times but now when I go to find it, it is nowhere to be found! Does anyone know where this Chinsu original soy sauce can be found? This one is superb as it has less sodium and the flavor is so unique!
