Dopo un anno di utilizzo devo dire che fanno bene il loro lavoro, sono un cuoco e gli uso ogni giorno, ovviamente trattati sempre in modo professionale (mai lavastoviglie e sbalzi termici continui), messi a confronto anche con coltelli da 300 euro spesso rendevano meglio. Ripeto se vengono trattati in modo profesionale sono un ottimo prodotto. L’unica pecca mi si è crepato il manico in legno di 2 coltelli dopo qualche mese di utilizzo, ma per il resto la lama è d'acciaio ed è veramente ottimo.

However, within 2 months of ‘occasional’ usage, the edge of knives became uneven and upon closer look it appears that the edge chipped off at a number of places. I know how to use these knives and am careful with it, so it was not due to bad or rough usage. Not sure whether I got a bad batch or this how all their knives are. Extremely disappointed with the quality, as it is quite expensive and was hoping get a long life out of it. Feels like a large sum of money went down the drain.
