I recently started to get moderate discomfort in my medial nerve. I purchased this (along with a few other supports) and in just a few days the pain has gone away. This is a lightweight brace; you can continue to work/use the hand as it it has enough mobility due to it not using a splint system. I believe it primarily keeps the wrist relatively neutral and provides support. I think it also puts pressure on the sides of the wrist, this can help free up the tunnel that the nerves run through. Special mention to the pully system - this is fantastic and I haven't seen it in any similar products. The system makes it very easy to adjust the tightness of the support. One downside is that the seam from this system can rest on a knuckle of the wrist, it took me a few days to find a comfortable position. Now, I don't really notice I am wearing it. I combine this product with a more ridged support that I wear in bed; the goal is to keep the wrist as neutral as possible when not in use.

I have been buying these for a couple years now. They've been the only thing that helps with my carpal tunnel which I work. I ordered one a few days ago for the first time in months and they've changed them! As you can tell in the picture, one is very well worn and a bit mucky (I use it pretty much all day every day!) The material was softer and thicker, this new one is thinner and scratchy. It still fits snugly around my hand/thumb/wrist but the difference is very noticeable - should be cheaper at this quality though, my hand is itchy!

I haven't had the chance to submit a review about wrist support,I suffer from RSI an flair ups.this really gives support, very comfortable,I have washed it a few times and it hasn't lost it's shape or the elastic hasn't being compromised. For those who suffer from small injury's. I really happy to recommend it.

This support helped me a lot with a resent wrist injury. It supports well and you can adjust the amount of support with the Velcro fastener. Easy to put on and take off on your own. I used mine for over two months and it’s still in great shape. It even came out of the washing machine looking new. I would recommend 👍

I have suspected carpal tunnel issues and have been in a lot of pain. I really love this wrist support. It's very light and comfortable with great support without limiting movement and it can be used on either hand. I've bought a second one.

Not as long as it looked, so not as good support as I expected.

Good news, works very well but only negative have a short shelf life.
