Basic Buddy CPR Manikin (Pack of 5)

These are what I expected them to be. They do the job I needed them to do. They are very durable. The only problem is I think they should come pre assembled. It was a hassle to put them together.

Way too heavy for a traveling trainer AND no carry bag included for the high price AND if thats wasn’t enough of a disappointment, they are not returnable. BUYER BEWARE!! Wish I would have stayed with CPR Prompt mannikins ….I was excited about a different color but now - ughhh! Buyers remorse

They work okay but they are a little small in size and they chest is a little stiff for compressions. They work but that's about it.

I teach CPR at cost to several nonprofit or religious groups so I was looking for something that was inexpensive as it came out of my own pocket. When I got these I had to assemble them and it only took about an hour (it would've taken a half now if I looked at the instructions). The two things I wish they had was a clicker for the correct depth of compression and a flexible nose and jaw for airway opening. That being said if if students don't do the head tilt chin lift technique there were not going to the lungs which are plastic bags. One of the things I do like about these though is that I can convert adult Manichaeans to children manikins by taking a piece off the back of them.

I bought these for my daughter who teaches CPR. She says they are a perfect low-cost way to get started. The manikins assembled in the tote take up quite a bit of space .

These manikins don't compress correctly and are a little difficult to form a good seal with masks for rescue breaths, but for the price they provide a good training dummy for CPR and you can afford to have one per student which is a huge bonus when teaching CPR skills.
