Perfect Lavender Extract – Café-Quality Flavor at Home!
During the summer, I fell in love with a famous drink from a very popular coffee company—the Matcha Lavender Latte with cold foam. It was absolutely delicious, but at six dollars a cup, it just wasn’t something I could justify buying all the time. That’s when I decided to try making it myself at home, and this lavender extract has been the perfect solution. I use it to make the lavender foam, and the flavor is spot-on. It tastes exactly the same as the one from the coffee shop, but at a fraction of the price. Not only does it taste authentic, but a little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while. I’ve started experimenting with it in teas and baked goods too, and it adds such a lovely, subtle floral note. Truly a game-changer for homemade lattes and more!

So Good!
This is my fourth order of Kate Naturals Lavender Extract. I drink hot milk with lavender and honey almost every night and this extract is just perfect. It tastes like it smells with no chemical or perfume-y aftertaste. Delicious!

Great Lavender Extract for cookies and a refreshing lemon/lavender water.
This is perfect for making lemon/lavender water drinks. It is the perfectly consistent strength, in a nice size bottle. The lavender extract was a great price as well! I would buy again!

Seems high quality.
This is my first lavender extract so I don't know how it compares. The smell is lovely. I made a matcha with 2g of powder, 60 g water, and 140 g of unsweetened soy milk. I ended up using 10 drops of the lavender extract, more than I was expecting, but I've never used a product like this before. But I still couldn't really taste the lavender until I added sugar. I added two packets of sugar in the raw. The lavender flavor still isn't quite to the level I would like, but I find you need to add more sugar to taste it and I'm trying to watch my sugar intake.

Works great in my London Fog iced tea! Not an overbearing taste.

Not very strong
Not bad but also not good. This extract isn't very strong and a lot is needed to achieve it's desired effects (I'm just trying to drink a London Fog). I'll finish it, but wouldn't buy again.
