Good value, very bright and small.
The torch is tiny compared to my 1000 lumen torch yet is extremely bright. Even the dimmest of the settings is bright enough for murky UK water. It's super easy to charge, you don't even need to remove the battery. I can't wait to try it on a night dive. It didn't run out of charge after 80 minutes use. It has a twist switch that I just about managed to use with one thick gloved hand and will be easy with practice (I've only used push switches until now) as it is small enough to not need to alter your grip. Only downside is I think it might be too bright for close-up photography but if you are that keen you probably have filters on your lens or camera lights. I, however, will just turn the light so I just get the edge of the beam on anything I wish to film lol.

Easy to use
Great little torch. Easy to charge via the supplied USB C cable . Very bright. Battery life not yet put to the test, But OK for a couple of dives

Bright torch with decent accessories
As this is my third diving light and my eighth torch, I’ll give both ‘on its own’ and comparative perspectives for this torch, and trust it’s useful. Interestingly, the closest torch in my collection to this one is my Wurkkos DL30, an older diving light from the same company. However, I like the DL10R more in several ways: I prefer the beam (single LED, versus the DL30’s 3), I prefer the finish (slightly more matte, to my eyes), and I like the bigger head. It fits my personal preferences for torch shapes better! There is more to consider than shape, though, and the DL10R would win on most, but not all counts: 1. The DL10R tailcap design and lanyard hole will likely see its lanyard chafe away less than the DL30’s (a bugbear of mine, since I’ve lost some lanyards to this) 2. On the other hand, the DL10R’s design means it can’t tailstand at all with the lanyard and tailcap in place. (FYI, both the DL30 and DL10R come with the same lanyard, which is strong and serviceable.) 3. The magnetic switch on the DL30 is hands-down better. It’s smoother – there’s a ‘grinding’ sensation with the DL10R, which other reviewers have noted too. That is noticeable, because the rest of the torch is really well-designed and gives an impression of quality. 4. Both lights have a distinct hotspot that is more white that blends into a yellow area and then, to my eyes, blends again into a slightly red flood for the remainder of the beam. This is more noticeable in the DL10R and it is worth noting. As is usual, Wurkkos have included in the box everything you need to get going – mine shipped with battery and spare o-rings, and USB C charging cable. While 2 o-rings are shipped, the DL10R has the – wonderful, in my mind – feature of onboard USB charging. This is accessed by unscrewing the tailcap to reveal the charging port, and the waterproofing design there means there are, in total, more than 2 o-rings that could need replacing. When you unscrew the tailcap to charge the battery you will see it’s well-oiled – but unscrewing it the first time requires more force than you may think! I think Wurkkos have designed it well, though – it’s certainly more robust than the usual rubber plugs (which you may find a playful child discovers can be pulled off – but are not readily re-inserted) and in my mind will see this torch give significant mileage. The torch is bright on all settings – nothing close to ‘moderate’ here! - and it generates significant heat. I noticed this with my DL30 too, more than all my other torches, and I put it down to the choice of powerful LEDs and relatively low surface area and density available for dissipating the heat. It’s readily usable as an EDC (especially for coat and jacket pockets), but I found it unsuitable for close-up work, because even the lowest setting was very bright. For close-up work outside of the water, I think the Sofirn SC31 Pro is a significantly better torch, but for many other purposes in and out of the water I think that the beam spread and brightness of the DL10R is great. Outside in hot temperatures you may find it becomes uncomfortably hot at settings much above the lowest, but in cold water and cold climates that won’t matter as much – and may even be welcome! Overall, this is a torch I will be making quite some use of and I suspect its longevity will depend on whether the grinding of the magnetic switch proves to be just noise or gives rise to actual reliability issues, and I may update this review to reflect that.

Great value dive touch
I really love this torch. It was great value but it still has decent battery life and good brightness underwater. I've used it for night dives, wreck penetration and murky UK dives. It charges up easily and I like that you can choose the brightness, even with thick gloves on

Nice torch
Really liked it, did a wreck dive yesterday and torch worked well, waterproof as described. I liked the light compact smaller torch as not difficult to carry etc. I used a tiny bit of silicone grease applied to the seals and it screws together easier with the grease. Would have been nice to have a spare battery and a strobe function but I guess that would add to price and size..

Very good dive torch for the price 👍
Very happy with this torch, my previous diving torch cost 3 times the price, but I much prefer this one

Lovely magnetic twist switch. Good brightness and good colour. Lightweight. I've only been down to 10m with mine but very good.

Cok keyifli

Great light with bright focus spot
It's a great light. Charges on USB-C, can also take out and replace the battery. Three modes are great for underwater, usually don't have to go above the lowest two settings. Has a bright focus spot that is sometimes less than ideal for underwater photography / videography, because not everything is lit up evenly and with the focus spot it's easy to light something up too much, especially up close. I'd count that as a characteristic more than a downside though. Great price/quality ratio.
