FAULTY EQUIPMENT - NOT WORKING PROPERLY
I need this to be replaced or refunded pls It is not working I am very disappointed I have been using this for years and have also bought for my sisters in the past I know how efficient it is to make coffee in 10 min But the new one I got online recently is very inefficient Kindly replace or refund Thanks

The perfect filter coffee maker for home it's my second time purchase already b4 12 years i bought same brand after tat recently i purchased some coffee maker brand but totally it's not worth so again i purchased as b4 preethi coffee maker now I am satisfied perfect i love it

Water decoction and turns cold soon
Not a good design. The decoction is too watery/thin. Not suitable for south indian filter coffee. Also does not remain hot even for 10 minutes after machine auto cuts. Not worth. I have to buy another machine.
