Is it soutble for all kind of fishes

All tropical fish, not for salt water fish or gold fish...

are the flakes small?

It’s a variety of size because some break up over time in the container. They are like most flakes and I just take a pinch and break them up in my hand before feeding my small fish. I’d say some are small, some large. They are very easy to break up for smaller fish.

can they be used in Eheim automatic feeder?

This can be used in most automatic feeders.
