Love these sleep pills
These work great for me. If you are sensitive to depressants I’d suggest taking 1/2. Yes, it has a odor that is the Valerian root. Doesn’t tase bad though or leave a after taste.

Getting solid Recovery Scores
I wasn’t excited about the Price, but I enjoy Dr Hubermans insights so I wanted to give it a try. So far feeling very rested the following day. No side affects and the whoop is hitting high recovery scores. Once the bottle is done I’m gonna cycle off for 30 and see what happens to my sleep and recovery.

Bad Smell
It worked the first two night but not as much now. I know you’re not supposed to take it every night but just trying to get sleep back on track. Also the smell is awful, like sweaty gym socks.
