Super helpful if you have arthritis in your feet! Provides cushion at ball of foot and heel and makes any small heel a little more Tolerable. Hasn’t moved in my shoe with a couple of days wear. Not really any arch support but good cushion.

I love these because they are the perfect size and easy to apply in a shoe. Great for your shoes you wear to weddings and events!

The strip of adhesive doesn't stick. It's only a piece of double stick tape down the center. If you want to put them on sandals, they won't work. Because they are 3/4 length, I suspect they would slide forward in a closed shoe.

For weeks, I went back and forth about whether to take a pair of mules to a professional shop or to buy inserts. One of my original soles tore, and it couldn't be hidden because of the open nature of the shoes. I decided to get these but almost picked them up in the professional shoe shop. They were twice as much there as they are on Amazon. No thanks! I'm truly glad I purchased for around 9.00. They were worth it, and they look wonderful and feel wonderful, too.
