A huge involved, slow, mess. So yourself a favor. Just buy the chemical stuff. It's easier, less messy, and works better.

Please do not buy this product at all and please do not waste your time on it. First it took a whole month just to arrive. And second, once I applied it, I waited for 45-60 minutes for my beard and it did not change the color or do any effect at all. Please do not spend your money on this product. It's a scam. This is the worst product i've ever gotten from amazon.

I’m very allergic to the just for men chemical dye. I switched to this product and wasn’t impressed with the first application—my beard was still grey. However, I reduced the amount of water used and let the dye set for 15-30 minutes and it worked—not as dark as the chemical dyes but I have 0 itchiness. Seems to work better with multiple applications.

You would think a beard dye would have the beard cover needed, but nope… Comes with a plastic shower cap though!

It's a mess , especially if you get used to FMO dye

Used plastic wrap instead of the shower cap for my beard lol. Don't need to use the whole packed, just do some math to figure the ratio you want. Will buy again.

Not good at all for sensitive skin Instruction sheets has no mention for beard hair - it talks about with photos - how to use for head hair! Even then it says minimum quantity to use as 50 gm whereas total content in package is 25g!!!

I bought this color kit for my beard thinking it would do a similar job as the chemical ones. I have very sensitive skin and all the other products burned my face. I must be extra sensitive because I could feel this paste starting to burn after a while. First off, the way this is packaged is a terrible waste of money. The powder comes in a pouch that once opened, can't be saved for future uses as it oxidyses. That pouch mixed with water makes half a cup of paste, and I only used about 4 table spoons to cover my entire face. The rest had to be thrown out, meaning the cost of this kit is for a single time use. The smell was horrible. It smells like something that crawled out of a swamp. The process takes over an hour, which means you have to sit still so you don't get any of that stuff on you or everywhere else. And here is the best part: once I rinced it all off, my beard was not brown... it was green!!! I had to shave it off! This has to be the worst product I have ever used. If you can't handle the chemical dyes, then you are stuck with a white beard like I am!
