The hat is light weight and cool. It's big with a nice shape that keeps the sun off my face. The head band is easier to adjust. It appears to be good quality. There's a mesh vents on either side to let the air on. The back flap goes well past the neck.

I live in Oklahoma and our summers are hot and humid for long periods. This hat has protected my head, neck, and face from sunburn. I like the wide brim it covers the face for shade. Only thing I would note is noises can be a little bit muffled or quieter because of the neck cover, which can be annoying if people need to speak with you on a regular basis. Sometimes the neck cover will blow on my head because of the wind which we also get a lot of. I would rather have this than a baseball cap. It does not squeeze on my head like a baseball cap would. Lightweight makes for great comfort.

Nice and lightweight. save the back of your neck. I've used this thing mowing and even blacktop sealing work in hot sun and this kept me cooler than a regular hat. the added neck protection is priceless. Glad it has a chin strap to cinch up or with it being so light, it'd blow right off my head.

Well made lightweight breathable hat helps to keep you cooler in the hot sun. My son loves the hat. He is a very large man with shoe size 15 and 6"3.5". This fits his head, but if you want to tighten it there is a way to tighten it easily. It is hard to find a hat that my son can actually wear, so I am thankful we found this one. It made a good gift. It keeps the sun off of your ears and neck so it is better than just a hat. Nice looking hat and great price. Nice quality too.
