Dime Bag Hardware Skateboard Truck Rebuild Kit Bushings Washers Pivot Cups for 2 Trucks

I understand all truck hangers are different, so there's no real, one-size-fits-all universal grommet/bushing kit out there. In my case, my kid had a 10-15 year old Glifberg deck with some Powell Golden Dragon trucks on it, and the previous owner pulled the pivot bushings out.I bought this kit, the pivot bushings with but had 2mm-3mm exposed because the cup on the truck baseplate was shallower than the pivot bushing - it still operated fine, just looks a little weird. My only major complaint here, and the reason for 4-star versus 5-star is, when tightening the truck up, even using their washer, the geometry of Powell's truck and washer diameter in the bag, unless you can ride loosey-goosey - which I can't, flip/wrap tricks are difficult with ultra-loose trucks, and I'm trying to teach my kids - when I tightened the trucks, by the time the threads were about to hit the poly-lock on the nuts, the washer was already cutting into the top bushing.Overall this is a great product in a pinch and massive bang vs. buck! I don't know where the heck I would've found a replacement kit locally for anywhere near this price. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat if I were in a pinch!

they are pretty good, they were a little weird when i put them on my skateboard and it makes a little bit of a weird noise and they are very lose, so you can turn rather easy, but overall they are pretty good

I bought this for my roller derby quad skates- Reidell R3's. My pivot cups were completely disintegrated and this product seemed like a good deal, plus new pink bushings! Well, the pivot cups did not fit my Powerdyne Thrust plates (the ones that come standard with the R3 model). I was very disappointed, but also understand that this product is mainly for skateboard trucks which are different. I went ahead and replaced my bushings (and washers, and king pins) with the ones that came in the package, and they are great!! My ride feels so much smoother, and I love the pop of color it gives my boring black skates.So in conclusion, I wasn't able to use the product for the main reason I ordered it (pivot cups), but the bushings and hardware were really awesome!! It has been about a month (maybe two) and they have held up nicely. Will probably order from here again when the time comes! Also have many skateboarding friends I will recommend this to.

I have an old Sims Lamar skateboard with Tracker trucks that had worn out bushings. These replaced them perfectly so I can skateboard with my son and enjoy being young again. .

The small washer that came with this kit was too small I.D. to fit on the kingpin and the large washer rubs the hanger on my trucks, had to reuse the factory washers. The pivot bushing fit the pivot just fine but was too small O.D. to fit snugly in the pivot cup, so yeah, I was only able to utilize the bushings, everything else went back in the bag.

I know they recommend harder bushings for my weight, but I've used other soft bushing from other brands on the same setup, around 88a, and had no problems. I switched from 91a yellow bones bushings that were worn out. I installed these and they disintegrated immediately. I couldn't get them to work tight or loose, I had to tighten them so tight to not get wheel bite I couldn't turn, and I like to ride pretty loose. They also had wheel bite when loose. I ride 55mm OJ hot juice with Indy's and risers. They're on a 8.5 deck and just wouldn't cut it. Maybe I'll try the harder ones, but I went with independent bushings instead.

Pretty great. Good quite, and the 88a bushings have amazing rebound.Love that it came with pivot cups too.

Get the appropriate stiffness and they’ll work fine.. No complaints
