This ginger powder is very finely ground. Be careful of the dust. Wear your mask (we all have one) when you first open it. I expected a full ginger smell. The powder does not have a heavy ginger scent. It does have a very Gingery flavor. I like it. A SMALL amount goes a long way, so don't let the light scent fool you. Good product at a reasonable price. Lats a long time.

Good quality product. Pure and organic. I've noticed a few customers wrote there is P65 warning about lead. There is no P65 warning label on the package about lead in Ginger Powder. I've inspected the package a few times, no warning label about lead.
