Has increased the range of my workouts and helped my knees
I'm so glad I purchased this Step. I live in an apartment and so I don't often get to use stairs. My 57-year-old knees have been bothering me, but even after just using the Step for a few workouts, I'm already feeling improvement. Also, the trainer I meet with online has found tons of uses for the Step, especially for increasing range of motion with weights. A little side bonus? All four risers fit perfectly into a standard banker's box, so I can keep them dust-free and out of the way while not in use. The platform stands up nicely beside a bureau when not in use. I dust the little "feet" off each time I use it so I don't risk any sliding on my laminate flooring. Very, very pleased with this purchase.

Resistencia
Bastante resistente. Siento que las gomas de las bases se pudieran desprender pero veremos cuánto duran
