Does this have a tech lock clip?

No tech lock clip. It has a simple metal clip that is the only downfall of this knife. I replaced my clip with a 3.3" Ulti Clip & am good to go!

Does the sheath have a clip

It does. The knife is epic for the price point & goes beyond expectations & the sheath has great retention.However, the clip is garbage & should be replaced with the 3.3" Ulti clip (sold separately). Do that & ya got an epic set up for a quality back up blade!

Yes! I prefer the knife to be manufactured in Taiwan, or Europe, such as Germany, Sweden, or the U.K. But, SURPRISINGLY this is a VERY WELL MADE KNIFE! Very sharp edge, and sharp point! I bought this particular knife to defend my life, in a possible violent assault during a "life and death assault"! This is a small knife, but well balanced and easy to grip and hold with confidence! Not a typical task knife for cutting fruit, steak, vegetables. Once you and others 'see' this knife in your hand, you will understand it's 'true' purpose!
