Used it a couple of times in recent weeks, did not need to charge it, so it auto power-off when not in use, which is convenient. Wish it also auto power-on when it knows I want to use it... What is strange it that I can hear myself. Never experienced that before, and is a little 'get used to', but seems to be a feature available for gamers. Not sure if it can be disabled. And the microphone is sensitive to wind, when a fan is blowing on it, the other side can hear it. So it would be good if a small wind cap could be provided with it, which is not the case now. Would I buy again? Yes.

At this price point if you need a mic headset that can be wired for security, these are fantastic. Best choice out there and I have researched and purchased other models. Everything exceeds expectations, except for the following: the instructions are wholly non-intuitive and there is a 10 page document on inane safety tips written in 10 different languages that is ridiculous; the site for this brand is also non-intuitive although I did reach a live human who was very helpful; but the biggest issue (especially working from home) is the power and mute button are integrated into ONE button only differentiated by a one second push — making it nearly impossible to accurately mute the mic during a call. Over time this may be easier to manage, but on the front end it is abysmal. 5+ stars without this user-unfriendly feature, 4 stars with.

Works well. Takes a few minutes to get use to. Not fond of the dual use buttons , so usually call, muta,hangup from keyboard. Battery lasts through many hours of calls and using button to find charge state works, would be nice if software had this and more info. Usb dongle lights not all that useful to know if connected.

This pair of headphones has crapped out on me far too many times. Changing between the usb connection to bluetooth connection will certainly give you a headache because it rarely ever works. Usually only rebooting the headphones will make this work, but even sometimes that won't even work. Mine have officially stopped working all together after 9 months. I only use these headphones with teams, and I would not buy again.

In general it's pretty good, but when you factor in how expensive it is inrelation to other products that are better, it makes it like 3 stars. Probably the most annoying thing for me is there is no power button labeled. I have a home office, a work office and a business office. These are in the office I frequent the least and I literally have to try pressing all 3 buttons before I can figure out which one actually turns them on.

Not a very good headset for the price. The headset won't stay charged or connected for a decent amount of time. I can be in the middle of a call with a client and they'll randomly disconnect or turn completely off. So disappointing

It doesn’t have everything but it has all you need. Case. Flimsy nylon bag. It’s designed to hold all together but offers no protection. Quick lock drawstring closure. Fob. Has a light. Changes color on connection stations, Bluetooth pairing, mute, on call, idle. Button is huge. Easy to hit for trying to connect a headset. Blinks red when you are on mute. Purple on a call. Very nice, it’s a mini indicator light. Headset. Can have the arm on the left or right side. Handy. No click in place all smooth actions. All buttons on the one side. Usb c charging. Audio notion on power on and power off. Can fold flat if needed. The software app is a must have to really work with the device. I launch it when I initially plug in the receiver and get the headset to connect. After that you can close it. It’s fairly simple to use. Audio quality is fine. Nothing mind blowing but it’s very good. Would buy again.

I work from home with a company that only allowed wired headsets. I really wasn’t going to stay wired to a computer for hours! I need my freedom. This headset is amazing. Perfect quality and connection. I’ve had it for over month and it has never died unexpectedly (I work 9 hour shifts)

Cascos con una excelente calidad de sonido y autonomía, se integra muy bien con varios dispositivos y con teams, son los segundos que tengo, los primeros se rompieron y estos no tienen un año y van por el mismo camino, ósea son muy caros y pocos resistentes al trabajo diario.

What I can say, its great for calls. Audio is decent. Better than expected. If you can get a good deal, go grab it.
