I'm looking for "prop euros" to put in a decoy wallet for pickpockets. Is this realistic enough?

I believe so. I got several different ones and these were the most realistic.

Is it printed on both sides, or is one side blank?

Yes. There is print on both sides. The main difference between these props and real currency are the absence of the shiny/iridescent strips/seals.
