I think adults with neck pain can use it while sleeping. I have tried it for few days and it is good.

Bad Rotting smell
The pillow has a bad rotting smell which doesn’t go away even after keeping it in sunlight.

Damaged inner cushion
I'm quite frustrated and disappointed with this product. I bought it for my daughter, and had purchased a pillow of the same brand before which was of wmgood quality. But this time when I received it and removed the cover I found the pillow to be damaged. I requested a replacement and found again that the inner pillow had damage to it. I normally really like th8os brand and having to wait for it and to show it to my child and then have to return it is frustrating.
