I don't normally give out reviews but this stuff truly deserves appreciation. I have tried making starter on my own and have failed miserably so I know how much effort goes into it and the product is so amazing I really feel excited that I'm not set for life. It's not just perfectly fermented but also smells beautifully sweet and tastes absolutely amazing!!

I lost my starter while shifting. So i ordered Alla's posh flavors Sourdough starter and wasn't disappointed. Made Sourdough bread and crackers, pancakes with discards. Also nice of posh flavors for hand holding me throughout the process as INSTRUCTIONS was missing in the pack as advertised. I feel they also should have instructions of not only how to make the starter but also of basic sourdough bread for first timers. I refridgerated starter for next time. Go for it!
